The term "UrbanCards" or "UrbanCards UK" or 'us' or "we" refers to Robert Constantin Zugravu the owner of the website  UrbanCards UK.  The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of this site.

We provide quality products, and all our products are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.

UrbanCards UK is not responsible for any loss that you may suffer if you are unable to access our website and/or services.

These Terms create a legal agreement between you and us only, which you must not transfer to anyone else. We may transfer these Terms, our rights or obligations to anyone else provided that this does not significantly disadvantage you.


Errors on Orders / Shortages

We do our best to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with your order. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 3 working days receiving the shipment of such error at urbancards.help@gmail.com. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received are correct.


Accuracy

On occasion pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. We may contact you for instructions or to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Notice: This may happen only if there has been an honest mistake during pricing and not in case of value shift of the product.  

Matters outside of our control

We shall not be responsible to you if our website and/or services are affected for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Returns
We offer full refund if you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your items. All products must be undamaged and sealed. Please note that opened or damaged
items won't be accepted. It should be noted that the customer is responsible for postage costs.

Refunds 
Once inspected and aproved your return will be automatically refunded in full within 7 working days. If more than 14 days has passed since your refund was approved please send a mail to urbancards.help@gmail.com .

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on sale items.


Damaged Items
 We offer a 30-day return policy on damaged or incorrect items, free of postage. You must provide pictures of the damaged item with the posting label and of the product inside to urbancards.help@gmail.com.
A full refund or a sostitute of the damaged item will be provided within 7 days of reciving the parcel back.

Orders returned due to incomplete address

It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return's policy.

Shipping Policy And Costs

We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail and delivery is subject to their guidelines. Orders over £140 are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For by default, unless another option is chosen. Below £140 our customers can pick the shipping method at checkout. You may opt to pick a different option but the shipping guidelines will be the same as on the top.

Orders over £250.00 are sent via courier.

Orders over £30 have the delivery fee inclueded.

 Information We Collect And How It's Used


  1. Full Name. We use in the event an account is created or if an order is processed as a guest or registered user. If you have other addresses on your account with additional names these will also be collected and stored.
  2. Contact Information. Information including email address & telephone number. Both may be required to be able to process your order. For example, a courier company may need your telephone number to inform you about your delivery and without this, the order may not be processed by them.
  3. Demographic. Information such as postcode, preferences and interests to help us personalise emails to the products you're most likely to be interested in. This also includes saving shopping cart information, allowing you to carry on from where you left off and not lose any items in your basket.

What We Do With The Information

 We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for;

  1. Internal record keeping. We use your information within the company in physical form in particular, when you place an order. Your invoice that is enclosed within your order, contains your address and this is handled with the utmost regard and only visible to the staff member packing your order. Additionally by law we are required to keep a copy of your order which is archived and stored in compliance with GDPR regulations and UK privacy laws.
  2. Customer Service. We may also contact you by mail if no other means of communication have been successful.

 We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting.

 You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us using our 'Contact Us' page.

 Sometimes we may need to investigate orders that have not passed our automatic payment provider's fraud detection. This will mean that it may take slightly longer before your order is completed as we will need additional time to correct any issues found. In some cases this does mean speaking to our payment processing provider and discussing your account with them, in these circumstances your address is shared with them to validate your payment method.
