I aim to process and ship your order within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Any order received on Friday after 12 pm will be dispatched on Monday, providing it is not a public holiday.
Orders placed after 12 pm are processed the next working day.
I ship all of our orders via Royal Mail and delivery is subject to their guidelines.
Orders over £250.00 are sent via courier.
Orders over 199£ have the delivery fee inclueded.

Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, i reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. I will always endeavour to send a replacement order by tracked delivery.
